Help build the future of online retail in Rwanda, from Kigali.
Buntu is an early-stage company, and every role carries real responsibility from the first day. The work spans buying, content, delivery and customer care, and each role has clear ownership of its area.

Areas of work
- Buying. Selecting the products in our assortment and building long-term relationships with suppliers and makers.
- Content. Creating accurate, consistent product information in Kinyarwanda, English and French.
- Delivery. Planning and carrying out deliveries across Kigali, and continuously improving how we reach customers.
- Customer care. Supporting customers in three languages and making sure every issue is followed through to resolution.
What we look for
We look for people who take ownership of their work and see it through. Strong candidates are clear communicators, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, and committed to giving customers a consistently good experience. Fluency in more than one of our three languages is an advantage for many roles.
How we hire
- Application. Send us a short note about your experience and the role you are interested in.
- Introductory conversation. A first call to discuss the role and your background.
- Practical exercise. A short task related to the work involved in the role.
- Decision. We aim to give every candidate a clear decision, with feedback, at the end of the process.
