Buntu publishes its full assortment in Kinyarwanda, English and French

Every product page, order confirmation and customer care conversation is now available in all three of Rwanda's official languages.

KIGALI, September 8, 2026 //Buntu today confirmed that its entire assortment is now published in Kinyarwanda, English and French. Customers can choose their preferred language when they first visit the shop, and that choice is carried through to product pages, checkout, order confirmations and customer care.

Each product page is prepared from the product itself before it is written in any language. Materials, dimensions, fit and contents are recorded first, and those details form the basis of all three language versions. Pages are written by fluent speakers rather than translated automatically, so that each version reads naturally while describing the product in exactly the same way.

"Language is a basic part of the customer experience, and we want every customer to feel that the shop was written for them," says a Buntu spokesperson. "That means more than translating a page. It means making sure that the size, the material and the contents of the box are described consistently, whichever language someone reads."

Customer care operates on the same principle. Customers who contact Buntu receive a reply in the language they wrote in, and they can change their preferred language in their account at any time.

The company expects the three-language approach to reduce returns caused by unclear product information, and it will continue to review customer feedback on product pages in each language.
